LGBTQ+ Therapy

Space to explore who you are and how you want to live

LGBTQ+ life is not defined by difficulty. Therapy can make room for joy, connection, desire, change and possibility, as well as the parts of life that feel complicated or painful.

Your experience, in its own context

You might want to explore sexuality, gender, identity, dating, intimacy, relationships, belonging or questions about the future. We can also talk about shame, loneliness, family and community, or experiences of exclusion and difference.

  • Sexuality, gender and identity
  • Relationships, dating and intimacy
  • Belonging, community and family
  • Shame, confidence and loneliness
  • Alcohol, drugs or sexual behaviours when relevant
  • Change, joy, desire and self-understanding

Affirmative and open-minded

My wider experience includes around 10 years working with and supporting LGBTQ+ communities through organisations including Terrence Higgins Trust, Switchboard, Albert Kennedy Trust and Diversity Role Models. I aim to offer a respectful space where you do not have to explain or defend who you are.

Therapy shaped around you

There is no single way to be LGBTQ+, and no agenda for what you should discover. We can work at a pace that feels manageable and focus on what you want from therapy.
