Online Therapy

Therapy online, via Zoom

For online sessions, you’ll need somewhere private where you can speak freely, together with a reliable internet connection and a device with audio and video.

Why work online?

Online therapy can make it easier to fit regular sessions around work, travel or other commitments, and some people simply feel more comfortable speaking from their own space. For others, meeting in person feels more containing. There is no right answer — we can discuss what feels most appropriate for you.

A private space for your session

It helps to choose somewhere you are unlikely to be overheard or interrupted. If you have questions about meeting through Zoom, we can talk them through before we begin.

A focused therapeutic space

Online sessions offer the same regular time to pause, reflect and work together. I work online with clients in the UK and internationally (with the exception of the US & Canada). We can discuss whether online therapy is a good fit for your needs.

Getting started

I am a BACP registered integrative Psychosynthesis therapist. If you are unsure whether online therapy would suit you, a first conversation gives us time to explore that.
